McKeel, Signer discuss regional cooperation as lawsuit looms

A week after the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors filed a lawsuit against the Charlottesville City Council regarding trail use at the Ragged Mountain Natural Area, board Chairwoman Diantha McKeel and Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer spoke at a forum Thursday to highlight cooperation between the city and county.
The forum, titled “Regionalism: Jurisdictions Working Together to Develop Effective Solutions,” was the third in a series on understanding government hosted by the Democratic Road Forward PAC.
